At present, annual output of our single aerate concrete block production line reaches 250,000-300,000 m3. In respect of steam curing, process and formulation, our Company breaks the normal procedure after years of research. Steam curing speed is twice of that of conventional steam curing; steam curing cost is 50% less than that of conventional steam curing; and the shift production output reaches over 200 molds per 12 hours after improvement of process, formula and equipment.
